Summary of the Position:

We’re searching for dynamic and self-motivated Account Executives to join our growing team. As an AE, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sales and ensuring that our customers find the perfect package to cherish and preserve their memories. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships, understand the unique needs of potential clients, and guide them through our offerings. We’re looking for individuals who are not just focused on the ‘sale’ but are truly committed to helping individuals capture life’s treasured moments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand their needs and match them with the right package, ensuring a personalized experience. Our customers needs are a priority. 
  • Proactively identify, attract, and engage potential leads. Utilize various strategies and tools to convert these leads into paying clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Stay updated with the latest product offerings and innovations to provide the best solutions to clients.
  • Thoroughly understand and communicate the unique value of each of our packages. Regularly participate in product training sessions to stay updated.
  • Provide regular feedback on market demands, potential challenges, and opportunities to adapt to changing trends. This will aid in refining our product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met. Share insights, client feedback, and collaborate on crafting the best strategies to reach wider audiences.
  • Host sessions and one-on-one meetings to educate potential clients about the value and significance of preserving their legacies. Use storytelling as a tool to drive action.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to convert prospects into clients; prior B2C sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; proficiency in crafting persuasive narratives.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage your own schedule while meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, WordPress, and Canva or Adobe design
  • You are curious! Ability to understand and adapt to our product offerings and market nuances.
  • An understanding and appreciation for the significance of preserving memories and stories.
